Fritz is an excellent Service Designer, prepared to be innovative and horizon-scan while still remaining focussed on delivery. Never afraid to challenge the status quo but always doing so in a constructive and helpful way.

A big character and a strong leader, he produced a constant stream of innovations, tested them using a toolkit of validation techniques and delivered huge business value. He also built a strong great team, was influential in starting new ways of working and was a pleasure to work with.

Fritz brought a fun approach to thinking about user needs and how we should always be putting what is best for the user first. Fritz lead various sessions with the team to diagnose what we were trying to solve and come up with creative ways to achieve the outcome we wanted. He clearly has a huge amount of experience but brings that across in a fun way and is always open to thinking differently which is something I hugely appreciated.

I really enjoyed working with Fritz and found him such a supportive individual and great collaborator. In no time at all he had fantastic ideas and visions of how the site should flow with rapid prototypes and his energy was infectious and appreciated. He played such a critical part in us successfully relaunching the platform in such a short amount of time.

Very quickly Fritz brought together like minded colleagues, empowering them to support, build or design for our users. This culture shift laid the groundwork for NICE to create better user experiences. From Senior management to those outside the digital teams, Fritz through drawings, written words and pure verbal enthusiasm gave NICE energy to drive forward.

I loved working with Fritz. He is a very dynamic individual who is sincerely passionate about UX , data driven design and creating a productive collaborative working culture. Fritz will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to any project. I have learned so much from Fritz and so many of my colleagues including me would highly recommend working with Fritz. He understands how UX process can achieve results and as Head of Design he was a fantastic team leader who has instilled a long lasting appreciation of UX ( A team sport ! ) and excellent design practices.
